Scandal is one of the local soap that is blessed to have talented and experienced actors the likes of Marotje Langa , Mapaseka Koentle , Gcina Nkosi , Howza Mosese , Lusanda Mbane , Sandile and many interesting Charectors . The soap started it Official successful broadcast in 2007 and the show have scooped so many awards and the recent one is the best writting team and best supporting actress in the soap which was awarded to Masasa Mbangeni who played the villain Thembeka Shezi.
