Kiernan Jarryd Forbes (born January 28, 1988 ), known professionally as AKA, is a South African rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and entrepreneur. Born and raised in Cape Town, Western Cape, Forbes gained significance after releasing his single “Victory Lap” which was released from his debut studio album, Alter Ego (2011). Forbes continued his success by releasing studio albums which include Level (2014), Touch My Blood (2018), and the collaborative album, Be Careful What You Wish For alongside Anatii (2017).

In April 2020 Forbes alongside vodka brand Cruz launched the watermelon-flavored drink with his initial on the bottles. That same month, Forbes was featured as a special guest on WWE Live events which were held in Johannesburg, and Cape Town. As for 2019, he was the roastee for the Comedy Central Roast.

 

 

I guess it’s true when they say celebrities are also human beings and that’s why it’s always important to be careful what do we say to them because it will come to a time where they will lose it and say things that will hurt people and end up being judged for it.

It hasn’t been a good morning for Aka as some people have been dragging him after he decided to post a screenshot of a guy who went to his inbox and expresses his feelings about how AKA has been ignoring him after he tried so many times to get his attention.

The way things were so bad they even called him arrogant all this happened after trying to defend himself from people who we calling him names. The way things were so bad someone even dragged Nellie Aka’s late fiance who died on 11 April 2021 after falling from a 10th10th-floor per club Hotel in Central Cape Town.

Some guy from the comments made serious allegations that Aka pushed Nellie to her early grave. Yes, there were allegations after Nellie’s death that Aka allegedly pushed Nellie out the window. Those were allegations but for someone to say something like that without any proof might get him in trouble.
