Nandipha Magudumane and Bester Thabo their relationship together leads them both in prison, following their prison break plan that have been on social media for weeks now and more important information keeps on emerging.

The case since the couple got arrested law enforcement have been unfolding more information and linking more individuals that may have got their hands involved in the escape plan, before he was caught it never came to their mind to check the DNA test of the body that was found in Bester cell 35 at the Mangaung Correctional Service where he was serving his time before he escaped.

 

 

 

 

The moment Bester got arrested in Tanzania it was a wake up call for the law enforcement that a lot have been mixed up, the was a body in his cell which was set alight. The body was later discovered to be Katlego Mpholo, a young man from Bloemfontein which was set alight in cell 35 at the Mangaung prison.

Today Nandipha Appears in court with her fellow accused suspects former G4S workers that where there at the time, Bester Thabo escaped from prison. She just appeared and apperently today the woman will not be proceeding with her bail.

Nandipha Magudumane is not proceeding with bail application today. Her lawyer say

”We are not abandoning the bail application, let her matter be rolled over to May 16 as there is new material that has come to light which needs to be ventilated”.

Nandipha will not be expected to get bail even today according to her lawyer that confirmed that today they are not proceeding with her bail due to the new material that has come to light.
