It has been revealed that South African poet is fighting for his life in hospital.

He is in ICU. Although the name of the hospital is not revealed. This man is fighting for his life in hospital but it is a personal problem. The fans of Mbuli are so scared of this incident.

The family and friends are the one who managed to talk to daily sun about the current condition of Zwakhe Mbuli. They revealed that even to breathe, he is helped by the Machines as he is a painful condition.

 

 

 

 

Zwakhe Mbuli did not enjoy his Easters at church or with his family but he was in hospital. And its been a week now. He is reportedly a good fighter. He is fighting so hard because he managed to fight and make himself to look strong despite the condition that he is facing.
