‘Gqeberha: The Empire’ viewers feel the new isiXhosa telenovela is missing talented actress Vatiswa Ndara.

Talented actress Vatiswa Ndara, who’s popularly known for her roles in Home Affair, Muvhango has been called by Gqeberha: The Empire viewers to join the telenovela.
Fans of the isiXhosa telenovela Gqeberha: The Empire are not completely impressed with the cast and feel actress Vatiswa Ndara is the missing piece who will give the show some spark.
Viewers called for the actress after the latest telenovela premiered on Mzansi Magic on Monday, 16 January at 21:00.
South Africans sypathise with the thespian Vatiswa Ndara after her recent interview on King David Podcast about being blacklisted by the entertainment industry.
The news anchor and actress also revealed in the interview that she was let go from Muvhango because she was reportedly a diva, too hard to work with and that she spoke too much isiXhosa on the SABC2 soapie.
“By the time they got rid of me I’d heard it all. How do we write her out? The channel wrote to my agent and said she speaks too much Xhosa”.
Other actors who have been called to join the show include The River actress Brenda Ngxoli, and Gomora actor Zalusa Xaluva.
