Muvhango’s Vho Gizara’s brother is also an actor, meet Tshamano Sebe

The Sebe family is a testament to the saying that talent runs in the blood. Known for his role as Vho Gizara on the popular South African soap opera Muvhango, David Sebe is part of a family with a strong presence in the entertainment industry. His brother, Tshamano Sebe, is also an actor who has made a name for himself in the business.

Many people may recognize Tshamano Sebe’s face from his role as Biza in the comedy series Stokvel. Born and raised in the village of Manenzhe in Niani, near Musina in Limpopo, the Sebe brothers spent part of their childhood in Soweto Diepkloof.

Tshamano Sebe credits his brother David for inspiring him to pursue a career in acting. Together, they embarked on a journey across the world, performing in stage plays and other theatrical productions to earn a living. Their dedication and talent paid off, and they quickly gained recognition in the industry.

The Sebe brothers’ path to success was not without its challenges. They experienced the Soweto uprising, a significant event in South Africa’s history, which played a crucial role in shaping their abilities as actors. The adversity they faced during that time allowed them to discover their true potential and hone their skills.
