Muvhango viewers frustrated at Nollywood storyline of Rendani and Tshireleto

Muvhango kept viewers on edge on Tuesday’s episode. So many were left frustrated at how Rendani exposed herself to Tshireleto instead of letting him leave and taking the evidence to police. On last night’s episode, Rendani had a chance to escape when Tshireleto loosened her and left for the shops. Out of everyone she could call, not once did she attempt to call the police, and he eventually busted her. Again, she kicked him and still, she didn’t make a plan of keeping him down, instead she only ran to the door when he caught her!
Nothing about the situation makes sense and that’s the reason why viewers feel like they are being undermined. How does Rendani run to Tshire when he’s the one who held her hostage? Why did she not think about calling the police after 2 failed calls?
The way the writers went about pushing and dragging the storyline suggests that they don’t think their viewers would notice the loopholes. On top of that, how Rendani and her thinking abilities was reduced makes out the entire production look like a Nollywood movie where everything is thought of on set and is unrealistic!
#muvhango writer need to stop thinking inside of the box because what rubbish is this? @humbleQeen
#muvhango why Rendani didn’t phone her mother or family in Venda if her mother is in available. She is busy phoning people in the meeting @QwabeMa
