It is now only written in the books of history that Maskandi artists Njencane and Mtshengiseni ‘Indidane’ Gcwensa were members of AmaGeza Amahle music group and that they won awards together. Another member of their group is the late Sibongiseni ‘Mphondi’ Ntombela and they all dissed Mgqu meni ‘Idlamanzi’ Khumalo.

Sibongiseni and Njencane decided to split with Mtshengiseni and formed their own group called Iziqhumane after some time. After years of not being part of Amageza Njencane will be heard on Mtshengiseni’s son Sphesihle ‘Ithole Lendidane’ Gcwensa’s album titled ‘Isihlahla Senhlakanipho’.

Responding as to why he collaborated with his father’s rival, Sphesihle said he did this because his wish is to entertain everyone who enjoys different type of music.

‘I also take note of people’s complaints and make sure that i give them what they want because they’re my bosses. I have been getting many messages from people asking me to collaborate with Njencane because they think we can release something great together.’ Stated Sphesihle

Sphesihle thanked Njencane for agreeing to collaborate with him in this album which will be released on the 25th of November.
