The former Democratic Alliance leader celebrated his 17th wedding anniversary with wife Natalie yesterday. Mmusi shared a photo of the couple sitting and enjoying dinner with the caption “17 years later and we are still married, thank you Jesus” . It’s beautiful because this couple has come a long way. They tied the knot in 2005 after meeting at a church in Muldersdrift, Natalie was15 years old when they first met.
They became friends and later started a relationship. After six months into the relationship Mmusi popped the question asking Natalie to be his wife. Seventeen years later they are still on and are blessed with three beautiful children Kgosi, Kgalaletso and Kutlwano.
The couple has faced challenges, such as when Mmusi was still the leader of the Democratic Alliance, as he would leave his family behind for days because of his busy schedule. Natalie shared that she understood it was his job and his passion for politics, she shared in an interview.
We wish this couple more happiness and growth in their union.
