The beauty queen was selected to represent the country at Miss Universe, while Miss South Africa Shudufhadzo Musida will go to Miss World and first runner up, Thato Mosehle goes to Miss Supranational.

The Miss South Africa Organisation has been sharing videos of Natasha preparing and packing for the event over the past few days.

They asked Mzansi to send her videos and messages of encouragement as she goes to the big stage.

“It’s been 6 months of preparation and a lifetime of moulding. We are now getting ready to send Natasha off to represent South Africa on a global stage! Comment down below to show your love to Natasha as she starts packing for Miss Universe,” they wrote on social media.

In one of her packing videos, Natasha said she is only wearing local designers.

“I’m wearing proudly South African designers, every single day. We’re really making effort to make sure that we see the South African culture in different colours and shapes,” she said.Natasha also said one her biggest fears and worry is tripping because her heels are long. However, she said she goes to gym to help with her fear of tripping.

The main event will be on 16 May. Miss Universe, Zozibini Tunzi will be crowning the next Miss Universe in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
