Minnie Breaks Silence Since Announcing Divorce

Not only that, but she also posted her first social media post in a week with her face beaten to the gods a few hours later. Her admirers still have a lot of concerns regarding her divorce, thus the comments on her post were removed. Minnie announced her divorce on social media, claiming that she and Quinton’s family had experienced both immense joy and heartbreak. “Our family has experienced amazing joy and tragic sorrow in the last two years. We found consolation in knowing we had each other during this time.”

She claims that their individual losses outweighed their determination to keep on. After months of deliberation, the choice was made. “Despite our best efforts, the mental burden and post-traumatic misery of our individual loss overcame our will.” We have decided to officially file for divorce after months of separation and conversations with our family and a counsellor,” she says.

Despite the fact that their marriage has dissolved, the two will remain friends, business partners, and most importantly, loving parents to their son Netha. “We remain friends, business partners, and loving parents to our lovely kid despite the loss of our marriage and romantic connection.” This was a difficult decision to make, and having to make the announcement was even more painful. “We beg that you kindly afford us privacy during this terrible period in the wake of this news,” Minnie and Quinton said in an official statement.

Minnie disclosed to her friend Anele in 2018 that she and Quinton had not sought marriage counseling before getting married. “Before we were married, we didn’t seek counseling.” Perhaps it’s something we’ll have to check out. We didn’t go to counseling because of the play and production. She did emphasize, though, that they had known each other for a long period before marrying.

“However, I also believe we have a unique relationship.” We’ve been close friends for a long time, therefore we communicate frequently. I spoke to him as if he were my best friend, and as a result, there are many things that fresh couples who are about to marry are still trying to figure out about each other. “We’ve known each other for a long time,” Minnie explained.

She also revealed what her elders said at her Umembeso in the interview. “I was aware that this position entailed a great deal of responsibility. I’m no longer Minnie Dlamini; I’ve become Mrs Jones. I now represent a new branch of the Dlamini family, rather than the Dlamini family. And everything I do and see has an impact on those people,” she explained to Anele.

“It was recognizing that I’m dealing with a whole new set of ancestors that need to be welcomed into my life.” It was also about realizing that being a good wife means being a decent person to my husband and that we should always be on the same page.”
