The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial has taken yet another twist on Tuesday after Advocate Malisela Tefo shocked the entire nation when he announced that he is stepping down from representing accused number 1 to 4 citing that he is being harrassed by the court and the cops, he further made some serious allegations staying that the office of the President knows everything about his arrest a few months ago. It seems there is still going to be a long way to go with this case now that Tefo has stepped down, the four accused will have to find another legal representative.

 

 

 

After Tefo’s withdrawal, Meyiwa’s brother revealed that this is all because there are cops who are trying to cover up and they need to be arrested, he claimed that Tefo is being threatened by the people who want to avoid getting arrested because they know everything about the case.

Speaking on a shot video interview, the brother to the former Bafana Bafana goalkeeper and captain Senzo Meyiwa said he believes that Tefo is being harrassed because they know that the cases is about to make a breakthrough and make arrests, he believes they are trying to protect themselbecause they are implicated

“They are doing all these things because they know that the case is about to make arrests, we are actually fighting against the police officers who are trying to protect themselves. What is happening now is because of the price who arrested the five suspects, they are the ones who are threatening Tefo.

“Someone among them is a suspect, one of them should be arrested because since case 375 was opened, there is a police Officer and then all those who were at the house, that police is the one who opened the case and I still don’t understand why he is still part of this case because he should have been removed from the case,” he said.

Advocate Tefo said he will call a press conference in a few days where he will tell everything about who is after him.
