The iconic performer is a doting mom to four sons. Yvonne’s kids are all grownups now because they were born in the ’80s and ’90s. Yvonne is now a grandma because her children are grown and have families of their own. Ningi Mhinga’s first son is married to Tamara Dey, a club diva, songwriter, and singer who has helped break down barriers between generations, races, and cultures in South Africa through her music. Having dated for quite some time, Tamara and Ningi welcomed a kid in 2017. Unfortunately, they were no longer a couple. The singer went so far as to sue the father of her child for R4.5 million in child support. The Randburg District Court has received a petition from Lalabella’s mother, Ningi Mhinga, requesting that Ningi Mhinga increase the monthly child support payment from R10,000 to R20,000. The problem was eventually worked out, and the exes are now getting along great as co-parents.
