Meet Mmusi Maimane’s father – all you need to know about him.
South African politician, Mmusi Maimane shared an image of his father as means of appreciation. It was actually his birthday. Most probably, this was one of the rarest times that he has ever showed his father publicly.

His father’s name is Simon Maimane, he was born and bred in South Africa, Soweto in Dobsonville. His wife, Ethel Maimane was born in Cofimvaba, the Eastern Cape Province, hence Xhosa. They met in the late 1970s and got married.

 

 

 

 

 

Born on December second (2nd), Simon Maimane is not only a father to his son, but also a hero and friend. He has two grandchildren, Kgosi Maimane and Kgalaletso Maimane. Moreover, he has three other children, with Mmusi being the first born and fourth child.

Simon Maimane’s networth is unknown, however, their household and entire family is known to have strong religious values as Mmusi was/is a pastor outside of his political career.
