Asanda Maku is a Namibian-born South African television presenter and actress best known as a presenter for the SABC2 youth programme Hectic Nine-9. Born in Namibia and raised in Port Elizabeth, she first rose to prominence as one of the Top 5 Cape finalists on the MTV VJ Search in 2005.

There is a lot that Asanda has accomplished in her career since she got into the television industry and she’s been doing an amazing job, being featured on different types of popular shows.

Asanda was once in relationship with Khuli Chana who is a well known artist in Mzansi. Khuli Chana started dating Asanda Maku in 2010 and they both had a daughter, Nia Lefika, who Khuli Chana says she’s the reason he fell more in love with his music.

 

Nia Lefika was born on the 10th of July in 2013. Khuli Chana’s relationship with Asanda didn’t go well as they ended up separating. Khuli Chana is now married to one of the most noticable female disc jockeys in the country, DJ Lamiez Holworthy. Lamiez and Asanda’s daughter with khuli Chana are getting along just fine and they are like mother and daughter.
