Sophie Lichaba, née Mphasane, formerly Sophie Ndaba, is a South African actress who was born on June 29, 1973. In the soap Generations, she played Queen Moroka. She served as a guest judge at the final Miss South Africa 2016 beauty contest in 2016.

She graduated from high school in Zimbabwe and went on to seek a modeling career. Her mother enrolled her in an orphanage in Eastlea, Harare, Zimbabwe, so that she could receive a higher education than she could in apartheid South Africa.

 

 

 

 

 
Solly Mphasane, Lichaba’s father, died in 2016.

She has two children, Rudo and Lwandle, with her ex-husband, Themba Ndaba. Following the death of her sister, Tiny Mphasane, she adopted her niece, Shallon Ndaba. In 2017, she married Max Lichaba.] Lichaba was the subject of a rumor in late 2018 that claimed she had deceased. However, it was a fabrication.
