South African musician Sandile “Zandie” Khumalo recently headed online to discuss the success of her latest song Amatshe. The singer — who is the sister of famous Mzansi star Kelly Khumalo — shared that the success of her music is in part thanks to all of the people who gossip about her and “hate” on her.

Hilariously, she also asked her “free marketers and promoters” to keep up the good work by unknowingly promoting her music.

Over the last few weeks, songstress Zandie Khumalo has been on top of Twitter trends as the Senzo Meyiwa trial started.


 

 

Many South Africans have demanded answers from Zandie and her sister Kelly Khumalo were both in the house when the soccer star was killed in October 2013.

Despite all of the backlash, the sisters have continued with their lives and are very active online.In fact, Zandie recently headed online to thank her haters for the success of her latest song. According to her, they are promoting her music for free and should continue to do so.

“I have just received great news about the numbers Amatshe are doing on the charts and streams. Guys the reason people like us will always do well no matter what.

“It’s because apart from talent and the people that love us we also have our gossipers and haters, I call them our unpaid mostly unemployed strategy/marketing managers who speak about us unprovoked, who always make sure that our names are out there and spoken of and I really appreciate them. While there was the usual amount of people demanding answers for Meyiwa’s murder, a number of people wished her success in her career.

“Upwards and onwards my Sis’. You guys are doing well,” one person wrote. and upwards fam, you guys are doing a great job,” she wrote.
