Dawn Thandeka King (born on the 1st of October 1, 1977) is a multi-award winning South African entertainer, performer and a renowned motivation speaker. She was born in the heart of Eshowe, KwaZulu-Natal, where she was raised to become the woman she is today.

Dawn Thandeka King is most popular for her previous blockbuster role as “MaNgcobo” on the most watched South African soap Uzalo. She played the role for of “MaNgcobo” for very nearly 7 years. This goes along way to show her dedication to her career.

But before her career, her children comes first and Dawn Thandeka King has proven to be a great mother to her five children. She was happy married to a Durban-based finance manager Jabulani Msomi for a considerable length of time until their marriage sadly ended in 2017.
