A Nigeria Man have takem actress Hadiza Gabon to court for refusing to marry him, according to reports.

Bala Musa, a 48-year-old government worker, brought Hadiza Gabon, a Kannywood actress, before a Kaduna Shari’a court on Monday because she refused to wed him.

 
The complainant informed the court that he had dated the actress and that she had made a marriage proposal to him.

Musa told the court, “I’ve already spent N396,000 on her.” Every time she begs for money, I always give it to her without hesitation because I want to marry her.

I took all the required steps to welcome her, but she never arrived in Gusau. I live in the Nigerian state of Zamfara.

Hadiza wasn’t present at the initial hearing on May 23, according to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

Hadiza’s attorney, Mubarak Kabir, made it clear that his client was uncertain about the validity of the summons.

In his testimony to the court, he said that “my client’s position as a celebrity attracted diverse kinds of people with varied intentions.” She keeps a close eye on both her safety and protection.
