The reality TV show star and businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize and Andile(son) are known for their expensive taste and luxurious life. However a man from Johannesburg is gunning for the pair, as he is pleading with the court to be granted an order to evict both Mamkhize and Son from 4 Sandton property which is estimated to be around R20 million.

The explosive details are contained in papers filed by Baruch Roy Peretz in johannesburg court this week.

In an affidavit Peretz confirmed that on july 29 2020. Andile signed on the dotted line an offer to purchase four luxurious property in johannesburg north, Sandton in cash instalment.

The first property was around R8.25 million. The second house R3.95 million, the third oneR5.25 million, the last one R2 million. According to Perez the deal was made without any guarantee or warranty.

Included in the agreement is that Andile could make any improvements to the properties before transfer.

Perez said Andile who is also known in the Entertainment industry(Music and soccer) was suppose to pay first installment of around R2 million, however he only manage to pay R1,59 million for one of the property. He was also suppose to pay R560 000 instalment for another one but he failed. He is currently in R3.2 million in arrears.

The other property he was suppose to pay R359 000 in instalment and R477 000 for the other one.

Peretz legal representative tried to make arrangement with Andile, however they were unsuccessful. One of the house is unlawfully occupied, which means the owner can’t make use of it. Peretz believes he will suffer the large amount of prejudice.

The electricity consumption has sky rocketed just under R25 000 in the first property. According to Peretz both Andile and Mamkhize have refused to leave the property, beside being informed. When Mamkhize was contacted to tell her side of the story, she just said I have no idea what’s going on.
