Makhadzi is in trouble after returning only R40 000 out of R95 000 that was given to her.

It’s clear from Makhadzi’s R95,000 booking that

Money manager Seth Molapo and Makhadzi’s crew have been in talks.

SETH Molapo isn’t happy with the status quo in Makhadzi.

Steelpoort, Limpopo’s money manager told Everyday Sun he engaged the singer to perform for workers recently, but she never showed up.

He said that he paid over R95,000 to have her appear at the Workers On Security event, but only saved $40,000.

“I reserved her for the event on October 4 and paid the deposit on September 28. After her one-woman show on October 1, she said she was too exhausted to make it, so she canceled her appearance.

According to Seth, he asked for a price cut by calling Open Mic Creations’s boss, Molau Rammala.

He just gave me an R40,000 discount and promised to settle the rest on the 7th of October.

He later told me in a message that the payment would be sent on October 10th.

Weeks later, Seth said that he had been patiently waiting for his payment. He always imagined fantastical scenarios, and he recently started ignoring my calls.

According to Seth, he finally reached out to Rammala on October 18 and promised to transfer the money by 8 p.m., but this never happened. He felt that his reputation took a hit because of his absence.

Open Mic’s head of operations, Nkateko Maluleke, reported that Calvin Ramotsebedi, a specialist and advertising who helped organize the event alongside Seth, instructed them to repay only a portion of the money.

Since the event Seth planned for his clients was such a failure, Calvin advised him to forget about those people. “He didn’t tell his clients the vocalist wouldn’t have the chance to make it until the day of the event,” he added.
