Mangcobo from Uzalo real name Dawn Thandeka King is a South African actress, musician and motivational speaker.She was born and bred at Eshowe, KwaZulu-Natal.Thandeka was born on the 01st of October 1977.She was married to Jabulani Msomi from 2002 and divorced in 2017, she has five children whom she adores.She studied at Durban University of Technology. She won the Golden Horn Award for Best Actress in a Lead Role in Lead Role.She is currently acting at the SABC1 drama series Uzalo, potraying the role of Lindiwe Xulu.Thandeka’s acting skill is on higher level and the viewer’s have fallen in love with her character.

Before she became an actress she was working at a tourism industry, but she quit and decided to follow her passion which is acting.She also got a role in the Mzansi Magic telenovela lockdown.
