Biography
Samukele Mkhize is a South African actress who was born on April 13, 1900. She rose to notoriety after portraying Mabuyi, a naive rural girl, in the television drama Isibaya.
Many television watchers who sit intently behind the screen to watch the young, beautiful, and skilled actress have been lured to her.<
Career
Samukele Mkhize was a member of a group in KwaMashu, KwaZulu Natal, in 2006. She met Mr. Edmund Mhlongo at the group, which was about dancing, acting, and music.
When the Artistic Director of the community Art Centre saw her potential, he began grooming her. After two years, she was cast in one of his musicals, Madame President Musical, in 2018.In the entertainment sector, she had her first lead part. In recognition of her outstanding performance, she was nominated for two Mercury Durban Theatre Awards: Best Newcomer and Best Lead Actress in a Musical. Madame President was her character.
Mabuyi on Isibaya
She found out about the auditions in Durban after paying a visit to a friend. She had to return to Durban the next morning for the audition for the show The Road. She competed against other aspirants and did well, however she did not make the final cut.
