After having a stroke during the holiday season, he is making a good recovery. Thokozani “L’vovo Derrango” Ndlovu, a singer, was hospitalized after having a stroke following a performance. After being in a terrible accident that nearly claimed his life, he now finds himself in this situation.
L’vovo expresses his gratitude to ZiMoja for their assistance during this trying time and tells her that he is blessed to have his family and friends. “It’s been extremely difficult for me. My hand and leg were both affected by the stroke, and I am unable to walk,” he claims. “My friends have driven me around and taken me for checkups, and they have been very supportive. They held a thanksgiving-themed braai this past weekend at my house, he said.
The Resista singer claims that because life has been so difficult, he had to return to his parents’ house. “I’ve been experiencing a lot. I couldn’t remain home alone. I was unable to leave my house and needed help. The past few months have been difficult for me. My leg was unable to move. Many of the things I was accustomed to doing I was no longer able to accomplish. My movement was also hindered by the stroke, thus I was unable to work and earn money. Nonetheless, L’vovo has been working on new songs and will be releasing a project this year. “Music has been a lifesaver for me. I nearly passed away. I’m not sure how I made it through. L’vovo expresses gratitude for life.
“I will always be thankful to God and my ancestors for keeping me alive. I thank everyone who supported me- friends, familyand everyone. I am currently back in the studio working on my EP. I will be releasing this year.”
