L’vovo Derrango penned an emotional tribute to his late mother

Renowned kwaito artist Thokozani Ndlovu who is affectionately known by his stage name L’vovo Derrango penned an emotional tribute to his late mother exactly one year after her passing on Tuesday, 12 July 2022.

The prominent Durban based musician tragedly lost his mother who was diagnosed with bacteria skin cellulitis and diabetes who succumbed to her death after taking the second jab of the COVID-19.

To mark the sad and unforgettable day, the 40 year old Newcastle born musician decided to take to his Instagram account to pen an emotional tribute to his late mother. On the day, the π˜‰π˜’π˜Ίπ˜’π˜―π˜¨π˜ͺ𝘴𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘭𝘒 hitmaker decided to take to the popular platform to share a series of pictures of his late mother and some where he was captured alongside her.

In addition, L’vovo Derrango also decided to share a picture where he had his wrist tattooed with his mother’s date of birth and her date of death. Taking to the popular platform the larger than life character decided to caption the shared series of pictures with, “Mom it’s been a year since you left this earth, I love and miss you everyday, you will always be in my heart. My queen, best of the best”.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Meanwhile, almost two months ago L’vovo Derrango encountered another tragic ordeal in his private life. The π˜™π˜¦π˜΄π˜ͺ𝘴𝘡𝘒 hitmaker was involved in a head-on collision with a tipper truck outside of his hometown in Newcastle while driving alone in a silver VW Polo. The injuries left him with injuries on his hip and limited his mobility.

In December 2020, L’vovo Derrango who rose to fame in 2007 also narrowly escaped death after he was involved in another motor vehicle accident on the N2 Highway near Scottburg in Kwa Zulu Natal. The musician was admitted at St Augustine’s Netcare Hospital and was later discharged to recover at home.
