Look how congregation lost control as Ace Magashule visited Zondo’s church.

It looks like former Secretary General of the ANC, Ace Magashule still has his groove on. Magashule visited Rivers of Living Waters recently and the congregation was super excited to see him. The Church-goers lost control and could not stop with the Aaaaaaaace chant, or let the pastor proceed with the service. The founder of the church, Bishop Zondo stood up to introduce Magashule but couldn’t not even finish his sentence as the excited disrupted him with the chant. Even Zondo could not stop laughing as the congregation lost control. The “Aaaaace chant” is used by people who love and support the embattled former Secretary General. It looks like the man still has support, event though his political career has suffered a huge blow.

Magashule’s visit to the church was apparently in a bid to seek divine intervention in his upcoming court appearance. On Tuesday, the SCA dismissed attempts by former ANC secretary-general Ace Magashule and businessperson Edwin Sodi to attack the legality of the asbestos scam prosecution against them, paving the way for them to go on trial on Friday. Prayers poured in for him during the service. Magashule has in the past visited many churches to seek for prayers for his case to be thrown put of court. He seems to be a man of faith who believes God will help him.

Ace Magashule and his 18 co-accused are due back in the Bloemfontein High Court on Friday, on multiple charges of fraud, corruption, and money laundering. The matter relates to the awarding of a contract by the Free State Department of Human Settlements to a company owned by controversial businessman Edwin Sodi for the auditing and replacement of asbestos roofs from residential homes roughly seven years ago.

We hope the prayers will work wonders, that’s if he is not guilty. If Magashule is guilty though he will need to take accountability of his actions and face the might of law. God can forgive him but he will still need to face consequences of his sins. If he is guilty, it means he misused money that was meant for the poor. That is a bad thing to do. That’s my opinion, please share yours.
