The Forbes family have started making appearances during their time of grief, with a press conference having took place on Tuesday where AKA’s father Tony addressed members of the media and gave details to the rapper’s memorial service date as well as details for funeral.

One person whom people are concerned about is AKA’s girlfriend Nadia Nakai who was in a public relationship with him. She was seen with AKA’s mother Lynn Forbes and the two were seen comforting each other as to say they know they were loved dearly by the slain rapper.

Although they were not married or had made public of their intentions to get married, their relationship was known in the family and Nadia was identified as AKA’s woman, no wonder she is mourning in together with his mother.

The 35 years olds memorial service will be held on Friday 17 February at the Sandton Convention Centre, with his funeral set for Saturday 18 February in a provincial ceremony.
