Springbok Bongi Mbonambi steps up his recovery, and his club, the Sharks, wants him back fast.

The talented hooker injured his leg in the World Rugby final against the All Blacks. Fortunately, South Africa won their fourth World Cup title, but it’s time for club rugby.Most of his fellow Springboks teammates have since returned to their clubs, and some have signed up for new ones.


 

 

Cheslin Kolbe had been running the show in Japan impressing and contributing for his team’s fine form. Siya Kolisi has also been doing well for his new club, Racing 92, and that is what the Sharks want from Mbonambi.Despite the possibility of missing the rest of the season, the Sharks still cheer Mbonambi to do well.

They know that he would help the team so much when he is fully fit.

Responding to his latest video showing his recovery, The Sharks cheered him in style.

“Let’s GO 🔥”It’s been a tough run of mixed performances for the Sharks as they struggle to maintain a run of wins.

They have lost four games out of seven since the Rugby World Cup final on 28 October 2023.
