Another media personality has joined others such as Letoya Makhene and Eunice from Skeemsaam in real life on the list of celebrities with spiritual gifts.

Mona Monyane is a South African actress who once played a character of Muvhango. She was Nthabeleng(a Doctor) and in a relationship with one of the show’s best actors, Jame Motsamai on the show. Monyane was not on Muvhango for long, she disappeared while it was still early.

 

 

 

 

Monyane who was Nthabeleng on SABC 2’s Muvhango has a spiritual gift of prophecy. She recently accepted her spiritual journey and took to social media to share how accepting that journey has helped her both emotionally and spiritually.

Mona opening up about her ancestral calling and the healing that it brought her said “My journey of healing started with me answering my ancestral calling. I’ve learnt so much about African spirituality and it has only drawn me closer to God”.

“I have a prophetic gifting…i realised that I’m not here to practice as a sangoma. I’m a public figure in the entertainment industry but i can’t be in this industry without being my true authentic self. And my true authentic self is a woman of God. A woman who speaks the word of life”,Mona added.

Mona Monyane who was born in Zimbabwe but currently living in South Africa would also like to see some changes in relation to issues affecting women throughout the world. Mzansi’s actress recently spoke out about how this month being Women’s month will never mean anything to her as long as women continue to suffer in the hands of those supposed to be their protectors.

Monyane has now began a new journey being a spiritual journey. Her other journey being an acting journey began in 2012 after studying towards her Drama qualification at The University of Pretoria. Mona was married to Khulu Nkenjana but later separated.
