“Our Perfect Wedding,” Mzansi Magic’s iconic reality show, is back for its 12th season with a new host. Yes, the show has a new yet familiar face joining current host Nomsa Buthelezi, who is typically trending on social media when it airs.

And it’s Lebogang “The Funny Chef” Tlokana, who Mzansi adores. Her fans adore her sassiness, sense of humour, and ability to see the funny side of life, and she has a social media following of 1.8 million on Facebook and half a million on Twitter and Instagram. She acts when she isn’t poking your funny bone. She’s also appeared in Mzansi Magic’s “The River” and David Kau’s “Leeto la Taxi.” Of course, with weddings being a breeding ground for drama and mishaps when it comes to preparations going awry, a dash of humour goes a long way toward reducing the stress.

 

 

 

 

Who better to provide than The Funny Chef and her larger-the-life personality? Over the years, major stars like Jessica Nkosi, Tumi Morake, Brenda Ngxoli, and Thembisa Mdoda Nxumalo have stepped in as hosts, bringing their Midas touch to the show. As guest hosts, even Minnie Dlamini and Bonang Matheba got a nod.
