LEBO SEKGOBELA: ‘I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE’
The talented gospel singer Lebo Sekgobela tells the publication that she spent two weeks in hospital and thanks God for a second chance in life.

“I was scared. I thought I was going to die but my faith kept me alive. I don’t wish the pain upon anyone but am glad the operation was a success.”

She adds that the appendix is the most painful thing to go through and she was going on with her day, when she suddenly felt a sharp pain around her stomach.

Her husband and manager Lucky Sekgobela insisted they rush to the hospital and she was rushed to the theatre for an emergency operation.

“I was in so much pain that I kept praying until we got to the hospital. I don’t know what triggered my appendix, but all I know is that thing is painful and deadly, if I did not go to the hospital straight away, I don’t think I would be doing this interview with you.”
