Kwesta recalls an incident which happened between his grandmother

With an illustrious career spanning years, Senzo Mfundo Vilakazi – affectionately known as Kwesta- has quickly become one of South Africa’s most sought-after stars.

Over the years, he has managed to headline several international events and has collaborated with some of the world’s finest, including Rick Ross and Wale.

KWESTA OPENS UP ABOUT WORKING WITH RICK ROSS
His collaboration with Rick Ross will undoubtedly be one of his biggest career highlights. In 2018, Kwesta featured Rick Ross on ‘I Came I Saw.’ However, the song’s video has often thrust the star into top trends.

Interestingly, the video was shot in eKasi, and Kwesta introduced the American rapper to his grandmother, who seemingly did one of the most bizarre things.

During their video shoot, Kwesta’s grandmother allegedly interrupted the shoot and asked Rick Ross to buy her some bread.

This incident has been making headlines for years, and Mzansi has been trying to connect the dots about whether it happened. Five years later, Kwesta has finally opened up about the alleged incident.

While on Metro FM’s The Touch Down Show, the multi-award-winning rapper opened up about the incident. Kwesta opened up about how Rick Ross bonded with his family. He also confirmed the incident where the rapper was asked to go and buy bread. ‘Umagogo sent Rick Ross to buy bread,’ said Kwesta.

No doubt the interview has since left Mzansi in stitches. The now-viral interview has gained thousands of comments and reactions since it was dropped on the internet.
