Earlier last month King Monada opened his home when he layed a red carpet and welcomed guests to his house warming party in celebration of building his house.

The musician is said to have not paid contractors their money due to them for the work they did.

A contractor from Limpopo named Thabo Maake exposed him saying he owes him more than R50 thousand for installing balustrades for the balcony and stairs to his mansion.

 
The contractor says he charged Monada R81 470 but was only paid R29 000. Make also claimed that Monada ditched him and found himself someone else to finish the work he started. Make was shocked to see Monadas Fini’s house on Facebook.

Make said ” they put the glass wrong working I never said I couldn’t or wouldn’t do it. I always do projects and I won’t disappoint. This is my job I don’t care if other people finish up my work, I want my money.”

He continues to say,” he said he would pay me before I get to Gauteng, I got to Gauteng but he only paid me R29 000, which was not the amount we agreed on. I tried calling him and texting him to let him know I will not return until he pays me the amount we agreed on.”

Thabo says Monada is not responding to his lawyer’s letters and therefore he is suing him.
