King Monada and Makhadzi made the headlines on social fighting over a Ghanama song which was received well by the fans. The song was recorded at Monada’s studio. Monada started to call Makhadzi to come to the studio to fix some vocals which were not right and Makhadzi didn’t want to redo the vocals. Monada said, if he didn’t want to, he was going to redo the song and cut her off the song. Makhadzi argued saying, the song was hers. The beat was done by her producer, whom she brought to the table to create the beat for their
Makhadzi decided to release the song on her own platform whilst on the other side Monada released his own version. This lead to Monada’s song taken down on all digital stores since due copyright issues between the two parties. The video of Monada’s Ghanama was also blocked on You Tube because it contained content from (marlin) African, who has blocked it on copyright grounds”-youtube.
Though the two artist came to the social media and said that, there was no beef, it was a marketing stunt, though the latest developments says his song were taken down because of copyright infringement leveled against him by Makhadzi and his producer.
