Maskandi music is one genre of music that would sure amaze you when it comes to beefs and behaviour. Maskandi artists have been beefing since way back. We have seen some endless beefs in the past, the late Mtshengiseni Gcwensa and Mgqumeni’s feud is one of the major beefs we have seen in the maskandi genre.
 

 

Maskandi artists are still attacking each other even now, and these days it seems as if releasing a diss song directed to a well known artist is the only way to push your work. Many artists have managed to be successful using this method. It works for some and not for others.

One of the major beefs that has been ongoing for a long time in maskandi music industry is between ‘Dubai boy’ Khuzani Mpungose and Mthandeni ‘Igcokama Elisha’ Manqele. These two artists have been on each others neck and case for quiet some time now, almost everyone in SA knows about the feud between these artists as they have been also attacking each other everywhere, at events and on social media.

Many people reacted to a picture that was posted by Khuzani on his social media accounts. Khuba shocked a lot of people after he shared pictures of himself posing with Mthandeni’s baby mama. Though some people were not aware that this is the mother of Igcokama’s child (Mpumpu)but some did notice. This is what was written on the caption:

‘Awu Suka madoda, i departed from Nkandla and crossed over to oLundi at kwaLangakazi and met the girl from kwaButhelezi. It’s going down on Khuzani Bo! Stay tuned and watch the show to see how i met Mpumpu’s mother.’

So it’s obvious that more information would be displayed and discussed on the next episode of his reality show, which plays on Sundays at 17: 30 on SABC 1.
