Her young brother, who is a celebrity on his own right and have been on social media about his ups and down relationship with the men he loves, have been able to raise up R1 million for poor students so that they can pay for their tertiary registration fees for the 2021 academic year. The young man that goes by the name of Lasizwe, some times he call himself Swirie, last month, was dribbled by a boyfriend he was with in a long distance relationship, who visited him for few days from Cape Town and he drove him to the airport in Johannesburg, dropped him there, but later on, on the same day, he bumped him on a club when he was supposed to be on a plane to Cape Town.

Lasizwe launched his compaign on Instagram mobilising South Africans to help needy students through the #R10GoesALongWay campaign. He said he had only R10 000 to his pocket but the dilemma was, who to give because there are too much students in need of schools fees. So, he thought money for registration would be important because that is what many students are looking for.
