The talk of the town has been quiet for quite a while now since the court proceedings in the Senzo Meyiwa case started. This is after the four people who are allegedly responsible for his death appeared in court. This is a case that many people have been looking forward to because they want justice to take its course and for the Senzo Meyiwa family to also get justice for their son since he lost his life almost a decade ago.

 

 

 

Senzo Meyiwa was one of the biggest names in soccer in the years 2013/14 and was the captain of the biggest South African football team, Orlando Pirates. During those years, he started dating someone who is now one of the biggest vocalists in South Africa, Kelly Khumalo. The couple’s relationship became well known even though it has been reported that Senzo had a wife during the times that he dated Kelly Khumalo.

Kelly Khumalo finally decided to speak out about how she feels about the public and was asked about her relationship with Senzo. Her response to the question made her trend. She also claims that when she dated Senzo, she did not exactly know who he was until someone close to her told her exactly who Senzo Meyiwa was. She also claims that Senzo was not well known until he got attached to the brand Kelly Khumalo. which resulted in a big debate on social media stating that Senzo was already bigger than her when they dated.

Senzo’s family reacted to the news of what Kelly said. Sfiso Meyiwa spoke to the Daily Sun. He is the brother of the late Senzo Mayiwa. Sfiso stated that when Kelly and Senzo started dating, Senzo was already a big deal. Sfiso also revealed that Kelly knew that Senzo had a family and a wife, and because of who he was, that is why she got into a relationship with him.
