Now, it must have been surprising for people to see singer Kelly Khumalo as angry as she was yesterday and she made sure that she shares the moment with her followers on social media.

Or maybe that was more of an attempt to expose the FlyCemair because as heard in the video that is now posted on various social media platforms, she missed her flight.


 

 

 

Some people just did not know what to make of the reaction that Kelly gave and this was most likely a problem that other people have also encountered.

And there are ways in which the problem can be addressed, so that there can be a better understanding for both parties.

But, how does one get an angry Kelly to calm down? It is not really a secret that the singer can be dramatic at times, but was that really the case here?

She has every right to complain about the service, if one watched the video, the singer mentioned that they the were not even sent SMSs to ensure that they do not miss their flight.

But then again, what is not clear is why she took out her frustration on an employee when she could have requested to speak to management.

And this is one of the reasons why some people wanted to know the full story because they suspected that there is more to this.

Some people found it unnecessary that she reacted in the manner she did, then as expected, there were people who claimed that the late Senzo is dealing with the singer.

The comments that came after Kelly posted the video were something else, people did not care what was happening to her, they were ready to remind her that she has haters.

They were those who said that it serves her well, as long as she has not revealed the truth, this will continue to happen and this is the thing about Kelly being active on social media.

It does not matter what she does, people will always make everything about the late Senzo.

There was also something that was pointed out, some people felt like this thing is mostly a celebrity thing, and maybe it is, but that is not always the case, people complain all the time about service delivery, we see this on social media.

But one thing that Kelly could have done is that, she could have made a complaint without making a video and showing the employee’s face.
