As it stands Kelly Khumalo’s lawyer says the renowned South African singer will appear at the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial if she’s called as a witness.

 

 

 

 
Kelly Khumalo’s lawyer Moonsamy continued to say “That will depend on the prosecution, if the prosecution requires her as a witness in court, she is a witness in the matter and she is being compliant and cooperative in the matter,”

Counsel Vhasetha tweeted “Kelly Khumalo is said to have ordered somebody to clean the house Senzo Meyiwa was killed at.The blood and the bullet case weren’t found which led to a compromise of the case’s investigation. Why isn’t she and the person who cleaned charged with defeating the ends of justice?”

Roman Abas also tweeted “Kelly Khumalo, Zandi Khumalo, Ntombi Khumalo, Mthoko Twala, Tumelo Madlala and Longwe Twala should be in witness protection. I mean they witnessed a crime being committed by some of the country’s notorious hitmen. Make it make sense? This country is a circus”
