Actress and TV presenter Kayise Ngqula, has been a widow for quite some time now. This was after her husband died in a traumatizing car accident, the worst part is that it was after she just gave birth to their Son.
In remembrance of her late husband, kayise pulled out 2017 archives an this is what she said” My husband used to take such awesome pictures of me. This was a vibe our vibe Sunday after church” she said.
Life doesn’t prepare us for the worst situations, and death is something that we must lean, heal and grow from, because there is no approved formular for moaning. Some day you wake up and life choose the kindness out of it, and some days you survive peacefully. As a widow you have to get used to the sudden unprepared reality, bringing up your children alone, household fixes and loneliness.
Based to her experience, Kayise announced that she moved on and decided to share wisdom with other widows out there. She posted on her status that ” To all of the widows asking themselves how to go on, i am here to tell you that you can”.
Getting to know how is she adjusting, Kayise shared on how she is managing her weight loss journey, and eating healthy foods. She posted and said that ‘ Those who keep asking about my diet, this is how i eat. Fish and veggies’ she said.
