Simphiwe Ngema has seen a lot over the course of her life. From being a window at a very young age to learning how to deal with the pain of the loss, it has just been the hardest journey for her. But it seems like she has now put everything to rest as she has welcomed her baby with new partner Tino.

The two managed to keep their relationship under wraps until they were finally ready. And oh boy, the lovebirds went public in a very fantastic way. Around mid-2020 Simz Ngema posted her pregnancy photos for the first time and left the whole of Mzansi amazed.

Although she received lot of backlash and scrutiny for moving on too fast, Simz couldn’t care less about the hate as she was finally happy.

Tino and Simz have then welcomed their first baby together named Tiyani and fans are so obsessed. However, it seems like there’s another child in Simz Ngema’s life that raises lot of eyebrows.

Recently the actress took to Instagram to share a Reels video of herself, Tino and other family members and friends. In the video she can been seen gifting a 10 year old boy an iPhone for his birthday.

While Tino can be seen alongside Simz, many people started to question the existence of the boy. Is Kgosi Simz’s first child? Well the new mom was quick to shut down the rumors before they went to far.

“Oh Wow! This is cute and TOUCHING Simz. Is Kgosi your 1st. Wow he looks like you.” A fan asked.

“Tiyani is my first.” Simz replied.

Simz also addressed the rumor when a fan called Tino a step dad and she said it’s not her son. As a matter of fact, the 10 year old boy that looks a lot like Simz is her nephew. So rest assured Mzansi because there’s no secret baby.

She captioned the post, “Kgosi turns 10!!! I didn’t expect him to cry. I love you my boy.”
