Social media has been awash in recent days after a wedding invitation did the rounds.

The invitation purpoted that Johannesburg’s most notorious bachelor Edwin Sodi was tying the note.

The invitation also stated that Sodi was getting married to his current partner Karen Zulu.

It quickly went viral with many questioning how he could get married while he is still married to his estranged wife Nthateng Lerata.

Sodi’s dating game has often been highlighted in the media and he reportedly dated other women during his relationship with Lerata and allegedly fathered a child by former Miss Teen SA Katlego Ncala.

But Sodi has lashed out at the social media post stating that he is not getting married and the photo was put up by someone who has an agenda.

“I’m not getting married. I will one day, but this wedding is a fake story. I’m trying to get to the bottom of who posted that phoney invitation. Some people have their own intentions,” he stated.

He also divulged that he and Karen are happy and he also stated that he intended to get married one day.
