Jama from Skeem Saam ‘Oros Mampofu’ shows how he maintains his stunning body in a workout

His acting career began in 2014, shortly after he received his degree in Motion Picture and Live Performance from Johannesburg’s AFDA. The drama series Kowethu on SABC1 served as his acting debut. In the Mzansi Magic Original Movie Rise, directed by Rea Rangaka and starring Xolile Tshabalala and Mutodi Neshehe, Oros made his breakthrough in 2015.
