Authorities have revealed that it was Dr Nandi Magudumana who claimed the body of Katlego Bereng Mpholo, the man who body was used as decoy in Thabo Bester’s prison escape saga.

They said when she claimed the body, she tried to blur her fingerprints so that it could not be recognised that it was indeed hers. All this happened a few days before Thabo Bester escaped from the Mangaung Correctional Centre.

 

 

 

Family of Katlego had been looking for him since last year to no success, it came to them as a shock that it was their son who was burnt in Thabo Bester’s prison cell. Dr Nandi Magudumana is said to have used her status to claim the body of Katlego from the Bloemfontein hospital.

It seems she had already devised a plan with Thabo Bester on how he was going to execute his trick for freedom. Social critics have came down strongly bashing Dr Nandi Magudumana.

Most of those who reacted to this revelation said Dr Nandi Magudumana does not deserve any pity from people as she did this for herself, and also put the family of Katlego in a state of emotional trauma for what happened to their son.

“She is a a dangerous criminal, now lots of people want to come and claim she is a victim. She should get life and rot in jail, just because she is a woman and a doctor, there is sympathy and excuses, but the family of the young men whom they burned is forgotten,” some were send furiously typing.

She is probably going to jail for a long time. This is not the act of a common criminal, she is a mastermind this one. It will not come as a surprise that perhaps she is the one who devised that plan for Thabo Bester to escape from prison so they could be together,” some said.
