” It Must Be Hard Being The Departed Father Of Khanyi Mbau And Lasizwe, He Can’t Rest In Peace “

Many people, black and white, go to the cemetery to show their loved ones that they have not forgotten about them and that they still think of them. When they get to the grave, they often talk to the departed and sometimes pray for their souls. This has become the norm, regardless of what the bible says about speaking to a spirit.

In most black homes, taking pictures during a ceremony of putting a tombstone on the grave to celebrate the life of the departed is normal. What is not normal though is taking pictures when visiting a grave and posting them on social media.

Following the incident where Khanyi Mbau got many people worried and assuming that something has happened to her after all the things that her boyfriend said on social media, to let the public know that she was okay, Lasizwe posted a picture of him and Khanyi at their father’s grave with the caption, ” Dear Dad, your daughter Khanyi is home, safe and okay. ”
