The two became acquainted in 2010 while both were employed at Urban Brew Studios. Despite the fact that Jones was a much more senior member of the team than Dlamini, who was only an assistant runner at the time, the two worked very closely closeness and became fast friends.

During an interview with Jacaranda FM, Dlamini stated that the two of them had worked together at the Urban Brew studios. He was certainly much more experienced than I was, and I was merely serving as a runner’s assistant. He pretty much became my best friend over the course of the year. When I was younger, he was one of those friends who would come up to me while I was out at a club and say, “I think we should go home now,” and I would be like, “Why?” and he would say, “Okay, dad,” and I would go along with it. Our friendship developed and developed.”

She went on to explain that they’re not single at the very same time as one another. Things began to drop into place while they were both unmarried again, which was eventually.

He thought it would be a good idea because we were both single at the time and he was right. I thought to myself, “no, that’s strange.” He said something to the effect of “no one knows you like I do, and no one knows me like you.” She went on to describe his words.

Even though they started dating right away, they didn’t make things official until a year later.

“So we were together for a year, but it wasn’t an official relationship. Then he invited me to join him on a vacation and asked me to become his girlfriend. She continued, “I was thinking about you and thinking about how much I like you.”

Glenn Hills, in Northern Durban, KwaZulu Natal, was the setting for the couple’s stunning traditional wedding on July 8, 2017.

In order to keep the inside of their wedding secret, the couple requested that guests refrain from taking photographs and that everyone wear wristbands. This was done in order to keep the inside of their wedding secret from the public. Despite this, a large number of images were shared on social media platforms.
