This is ironically coming after the criticism that Kelly Khumalo received from the media speculations in relation to the murder of Senzo Meyiwa, the case is developing and it’s heating up to such an extent where many people are frankly concerned including Kelly khumalo who is concerned about her safety.

 

 

 

 

Because the defence attorney of the 5 accused Advo. Teffo has made allegations that she was the one to pull the trigger that killed Senzo Meyiwa by mistake of course, but that does not absolve her from the alleged criminal activity.

So of course she is under the impression that some people might not be pleased to see her out in public, so she has went on to get a bodyguard in order to ensure that she can travel safely without being affected by any of the people who might be fans of the fallen superstar Goalkeeper.

And of course we are very concerned about such incidences and very alarmed that we have cases like this happening in this country, and we would truly want to see a situation where the case is resolved and the true culprit is apprehended whether that maybe Kelly khumalo or any other individual.

We would like to see a resolution to this case and another thing that is causing people to be unsettled about this whole situation is the fact that there are 5 individuals to be exact, who have been apprehended and blamed for this crime.

But it has been discovered that the apprehension has been unlawful all along and this is the moment when we need the law to take its course, and ensure that people are rightly prosecuted because such wrongful prosecutions are completely devastating on so many levels.

And we cannot have a situation where innocent people who might also be criminals die for the wrongful arrest, because theat means many people in the country can be in a situation where they can also be victims of the justice system and end up behind bars without doing anything.
