Is Kelly Khumalo off the hook? NPA state the second docket that says Kelly killed Senzo has no merit

A document which apparently ensnared Kelly Khumalo and others in the Senzo Meyiwa murder was given to court.

The State said the document was an inside update and assessment which was addressed to the Head of Public Indictments.

It said the document had no merit.

 
The document is gotten from a second agenda into the Meyiwa murder

The NPA document depended on a second agenda in the murder of Meyiwa. The presence of two unique dockets relating to a similar occurrence were in the public space before the preliminary began.

It was recently put on record that there were two case dockets, with various exploring groups making various discoveries, remembering for who the suspects were.

In the primary case as of now under the steady gaze of court, Muzikawukhulelwa S’Tembu Sibiya, Bongani Sandiso Ntanzi, Mthobisi Sovereign Mncube, Mthokoziseni Ziphozonke Maphisa, and Fisokuhle Ntuli are the blamed.

The men are accused of assuming a part in the murder of Meyiwa, who was shot in Khumalo’s home in Vosloorus, Boksburg, on 26 October 2014.

In the subsequent agenda, Khumalo, her mom Happiness, her sister Zandi, Meyiwa’s two companions, Tumelo Madlala and Mthokozisi Thwala, Zandi’s beau Longwe Thwala, and Maggie Phiri were recognized as suspects.

The court recently heard that two witnesses found Phiri cleaning the scene after Meyiwa was shot.
