Inside the House of Makhadzi

Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona, a.k.a. Makhadzi, is one of South Africa’s most talented entertainers. She is a musician, songwriter, and dancer who has won multiple important accolades, including an Afrima in 2021. Her talent and hard work have enabled her to realize her ambitions, such as living in her ideal home. Given that she only began performing in 2010, the Tshanda Vhuya hitmaker’s rise to fame has been remarkably swift. Makhadzi used to sell CDs at the mall with her buddies before that- talk about starting from the bottom.

Makhadzi is currently raking in large bucks and living the dream. Makhadzi has been able to obtain several lucrative multi-million dollar deals in addition to the money she has made from her singing, such as her R120 million endorsement deal with the Kokhova footwear brand. Along with her excellent intellect for writing fantastic blockbusters, it looks that Makhadzi is intent on making wise investments, and they are paying off handsomely.

Makhadzi, who is only 25 years old, can proudly state that she has built not one, but four houses! That is far more than most people can accomplish in a lifetime. In 2021, she showcased her newest home in a video posted on YouTube by Fresh Trendz. DJ Oskido also gave us a tour of Makhadzi’s mansion, and as much as we were amazed by the property, Makhadzi’s energy made us wish we were there as well- sis is such a vibe. Just look at it for yourself.

Makhadzi’s new home was estimated to cost R4 million. Isn’t that amazing? Makhadzi said in the video that she paid for the house with her own money and that she owes no one anything, not the bank, not a single. “They really mean it when they say that hard work pays off. Take a look at me. I’m having a good time in my own home. Don’t be deceived, I don’t own this house. You can check if you have power. This is not a form of credit.” In the video, Makhadzi says.
