This drama series, written by veteran journalist Duma ka Ndlovu, portrays the conflict between the modern lifestyle of South Africans in the 1990s juxtaposed with the ancient and sacred traditions of tribal Africans. The show has been around for 25 years and so many talented actors started their acting careers with the show.

It has been a long journey and the journey still continues as the producers of the show are determined to continue dishing out the best entertainment when it comes to this show. The show recently held a huge event whereby old and current actors were present, including some of the most popular people in Mzansi. Mamkhize who is also one of the rich businesswomen was present at the event.

Muvhango is a very special drama series and a lot of people love watching it, as it is not only entertaining but educational and that is one of the reasons why the show has been around for such a very long time without any downfalls.
